A home evaluation is a report that is prepared by a real estate agent which compares your property to similar properties actively on the market as well as those that have recently sold. This evaluation will tell us how your property stacks up against your "potential competition," as well as what buyers were willing to pay for homes similar to yours.

Once we have determined a price range, we then prepare a Seller's Estimated Net Proceeds sheet to show you what the normal expenses related to selling your property would be. We also discuss current market conditions and explain what you could expect for market time, percentage of list price you might recieve and items you may need to address in order to maximize your properties appeal to potential buyers.

We offer this home evaluation at no cost to you for 2 reasons: first, it provides you the opportunity to take us for a test drive and see how we operate, prior to having to make a committment, and secondly it gives us an opportunity to become familiar with your property in the case that we would have a buyer we are working with that might have an interest in it.
